High School Caesar Description: "Matt Stevens (John Ashley) is a high school racketeer, beating up students for protection money, selling stolen tests to classmates and winning the title of student body president by rigging the votes. Matt challenges his rival, Kelly Roberts, to a car race, offering a treasured gold coin as the prize. Kelly wins, but spoiled-sport Matt kills him by running him off the road. Matt and his gullible sidekick Crickett cover up the incident, but Matt's life soon begins to unravel."
